Winter Season 2020-2021

The following conditions apply to the 2020/2021 winter season only or the period specified by the Resort Operators.

In light of the ongoing uncertainty we have reduced the final payment date from 8 weeks to 4 weeks before arrival.

At the time the final payment is due if you are not comfortable proceeding under the below terms we will be happy to either:

• Transfer any deposit paid to another stay with us, either winter or summer; or refund any deposit paid.

Once the final balance payment has been made, should one or more of the below COVID-19 situations occur we will offer you a Credit against a future holiday either later in the 2020/21 Winter season or up to the end of Season 2022/2023 or a full refund.
